Production Time for Out-of-Stock Items
Any items that are out-of-stock at the time of purchase, will be made to order. Lead times for all pieces is 4-6 weeks. Please note that the lead time is the time needed for production only and does not included shipping time. If you need something delivered by a certain date, please contact us to inquire if this is possible. We will always do our best to accommodate the needs of our customers.
Sales taxes required to be collected by law will be added at checkout.
Once your order is submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made in writing, prior to the processing of that order, which will usually be within 24 hours. No modifications or cancellations are allowed once the order has been processed.
Shipping is complimentary within the United States. All orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx with the requirement of your signature unless otherwise requested. All packages will be fully insured. It can take up to 7 days to ship depending on your location (within the continental US) so please plan ahead. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. darśana is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to force of nature or unmanageable events.
We ship internationally via FedEx International and USPS. A shipping charge will be added to the price of your purchase. It usually takes 2-10 days depending on the country destination. Additional time may be required for custom clearance so please plan ahead. All packages will be fully insured. darśana is not associated with or responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be added in accordance with your country’s requirements. You will be solely responsible for any customs duties or clearances for all shipments.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may exchange your purchase within (7) business days of receipt of goods for an item of equal or greater value. Credit issued for the exchange will not include shipping charges. If additional payment is required for your new item, we will contact you for payment information.
Prior to shipping your return, please contact us with your request for a return authorization (RA) number. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of date issued on the RA#. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value via a major postal service with tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense. For any questions or concerns about our return policies please feel free to contact us.
If upon receipt of your purchase you find that the item is damaged or not as it should be, please contact us immediately in writing. Any damage must be reported within (2) days of receipt of goods. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
Darśana is committed to providing high quality, expertly crafted fine jewelry. We guarantee free repair service for one (1) year from the date of purchase from our online retail store only. Products purchased through authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer for repair. This applies only to normal wear and any manufacturing defects.
To request a repair, please contact us before returning the item. Once we determine we can accept your request, further instructions will be emailed to you. Repair costs and times will vary for items purchased after (1) year from the date of purchase or due to damage caused by the customers carelessness or an accident. Repairs without prior authorization may be declined and we are not responsible for any lost parts. Ring resizing is not included in the repair service.
Ring resizing is available for a fee and shipping costs, but only for a ring purchased from darśana through our online retail store. Please be aware that this service is dependent on the ring’s design. Additionally, some rings are not resizable due to their unique design. Please contact us for further information about ring sizing.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCT/PRODUCT CARE
Every piece of darśana is designed with love and meticulously handcrafted. We are deeply committed to producing fine jewelry that is socially responsible upholding ethical manufacturing practices. We source materials from trusted suppliers, ensuring our diamonds are conflict-free. Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry slight variations may occur between items.
We do our best to provide accurate representations of color, texture and settings in all of our photographs and in our product descriptions. It should be noted that in the photographs the mirror slices will appear either black or light grey depending on the mirror's reflection.
Our gold and stones are ethically sourced and conflict-free. All diamonds are GH VS2 - SI1 diamonds.
We do our best to provide accurate sizes on our product detail page – but they are only approximate values and it should be understood each stone by its very nature is slightly different.
We put our best effort toward displaying our items accurately, however the colors of the metals and stones that you view on your computer may be different than the actual color of the item. We are not responsible for any discrepancy in this regard.
All items quoted on our website are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, according to fluctuations in the material market price.

Please follow these guidelines to ensure your piece of darśana will always stay beautiful:
Apply all beauty products, such as perfume, hairspray and lotions, before putting on your jewelry.
Jewelry should be removed prior to swimming, bathing or showering.
The mirror slice in every piece is glass and therefore fragile and should receive particular care when handling. Do not place your jewelry with the mirror face down as it could scratch the surface. Also take care your piece of jewelry is not stored with other jewelry pieces as this may lead to unsightly scratches. The mirror slice should never be submerged in water as moisture may become trapped between the mirror and the gold base and potentially form a water mark.
Clean your jewelry using a soft cloth and store it in its case or pouch in a dry place. Please avoid ultrasonic cleaning or submerging your jewelry in a liquid cleaning solution.
